Charming cottage in Coromandel. Only a 7 minute walk to amazing restaurants, cafes, bars, and so much more. Perfect for a weekend getaway, work-from-home alternative, or cozy home base while exploring everything Coromandel has to offer.
Unbeatable central location only 2.5km (4 minute drive) to the Driving creek railway and 550mtrs from the township.
Free parking at the house with space to park a boat and additional parking available on the grass during the summer time.
There are two bedrooms available for use and another bedroom will be locked as we use it for storage.
Bedroom 1 has a queen bed and bedroom 2 has two singles.
The bathroom is an older style with a bathtub & a separate shower.
Although we don't allow pets to stay, we should mention that a small and clean dog usually lives there (For those who are allergic to pets) but in saying this you can't tell that a dog has been living there.
