Located in Metchosin on the outskirts of Victoria, our sea side home is 30 minutes from the airport and the famous Butchart Gardens and 45 minutes from the BC Ferries Swartz Bay terminal. There are 3 golf courses minutes away – the Olympic View Golf Course, the Bear Mountain Resort Golf Course and the Metchosin Golf course. Witty’s Beach, a long, shallow beach perfect for kiddies and adults alike is a 5 minute walk away. Easy access down to our quiet cove, where seals regularly bask on the rocks and eagles frequently soar overhead. The main shopping area is 10 minutes away in Langford and there are many restaurants within a 15 minute drive.
Bus service is every 2 hours, so we recommend you have a vehicle.
We are 10 minutes from Royal Roads University and 10 minutes from Pearson College.
We are a member of the BC Inn Keepers Guild and the Sooke B&B Assoc'n.
We have a limited stay of a maximum of 16 days.
Our spacious 600 square foot studio suite is equipped with:

The suite has a private entrance and opens onto a patio and veggie garden. Walk down short path and you are overlooking the cove, where you may spot seals sunning themselves on the rocks. You can walk down to the beach, skip rocks or explore the sea shore.
One Dog is permitted, provided:
• They are social – we have a young, social Bearded Collie
• They stay off the bed and couch as we have many guests, some of whom may be allergic to dog dander
Sorry, but we CANNOT ACCEPT CATS as we've got allergies with cat dander
The suite has an enclosed area, approx. 25’x40’ attached to the suite and the outer yard is fully fenced and guest dogs are welcome there with their owners.
