Relax and recharge at Maple House, a luxurious all-season escape, on the water side of Lake Champlain, situated between Burlington and Montreal, in a farm-rich wonderland called North Hero. The newly built, Scandinavian designed home sits on three acres of tree-land lakefront, and has everything that you could possibly need to make your visit memorable and meaningful.
In the winter, tuck into plush robes and enjoy our wood-burning stove and on-site sauna. During the warmer months, head down to the lake and swim, sun, boat, or do nothing at all.
Inside you’ll find some special treats we left for you. Also, feel free to sleep-in, because after all, you are on vacation. Check-out time isn’t until 1PM.

The house is newly constructed and 100 percent complete. However our landscaping will not be complete until mid-Spring. Please be careful accessing the sauna and outdoor shower (which is downstairs and accessible by walking outside the house to the rear of the building) until our landscaped stairs are complete.
