Positive: Good location. Very clean.
Negative: There was not a door or back separating the back porch from the kitchen. This felt like a potential safety problem. Someone could break in the porch and get right into the house. The washer and dryer were only accessible by going outside. We have never experienced that in our five years of renting. The price was too high. We would not have stayed there if we didn’t need a pet friendly location
