Positive: The front desk staff were always very helpful to us as foreigners: arranging taxis, yoga sessions, massages, as well as giving local recommendations of places to visit during our 5 night stay. Everyone was friendly, but our favorite staff were in the restaurant, Aviary Cafe, located in the hotel: excellent chef prepared foods, and eager to please waiters. We reserved breakfast included with our room and that is definitely the way to go. The buffet is delicious! Our room was very comfortable, and the adjoining courtyard was a peaceful rest after a busy days in Rishikesh.
