Summary: - Clarity about deposit prior to booking! - Staff were very friendly and understanding - considering how spacious the rooms are and how nice the kitchens are, the rooms rooms themselves are in serious need of maintenance and repairs. Cracks on the floors are concerning, curtains are dirty & even the bedsheet was seriously stained
