Welcome to the Urban Quarter II. Whether you are here for business or pleasure, we are thrilled to host you! In the heart of Hamilton, the Urban Quarter sits right behind Spooky Nook Sports! Only 15 minutes to Miami University and around the corner from some of the city's best restaurants, shops and attractions. We can’t wait to host you!
Enjoy the entire first floor of our duplex. Please note the second floor unit of the duplex is also available for short term stays and may be booked separately. You will find plenty of seating throughout the living and dining areas. Our kitchen is well-equipped with cooking essentials and the coffee bar holds a handful of games for your entertainment. Both bedrooms feature hybrid foam / spring mattresses. The primary bedroom features a king mattress while the second bedroom features a queen mattress. Everything is ready for you to make yourself feel right at home!

-This is the first floor unit of a duplex. You will have access to the entire first floor unit.
-3 steps are required to get to front door. No steps in unit.

Summary: This place was close to Spooky Nook and the downtown area that had great coffee shop, a couple stores and restaurant/bars. It was a such a cute place and my daughter and I were very cozy. We were able to get a parking spot right in front of the house our entire stay. We will definitely stay here the next time we are in town for a tourny!
