IMPORTANT HOUSE RULES AND POLICES
This property is part of a Homeowners Association: Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Please enjoy the property while being mindful of noise levels. Violations result in fines.
Parking: There is a 3-car limit for the driveway. Park only in the driveway. Do not park in the street or at the bottom of the hill—vehicles will be towed.
A security system with outdoor cameras is in place.
Indoor wood stove fireplace cannot be used due to insurance restrictions.
The garage and shed are not included in the rental.

Trash and recycling must be bagged and placed in the locked storage unit in the driveway. If left out, bears will get into the trash and remain on the property.
