Summary: Upon arrival the battery in the key pad was dead. The communication to get it sorted out was a bit confusing. We were let in an hour later. We were an also little disappointed to find out the hot tub was out of service for our stay. However once settled the condo was very beautiful and a perfect retreat after working a long day. We would come again, hopefully for pleasure and not work.
