This house is nestled in a wooded 3 Acre lot directly in front of Safety Harbor gulf. The home has two floors. Upstairs the massive Master Bedroom Suite has its own 2 private balconies facing the water as well as a spiral staircase leading to the look out point. The Master Bedroom also boasts its own kitchenette and sitting area. On the main floor the open plan all looks at the panoramic view of the Bay. The elegant nautical theme plays throughout the house. The Turtle Bedroom has 2 twin beds and the Sandpiper Bedroom has a Queen Bed. They hug an elegant Shell Bathroom that is also used as the pool bath. The Captains Quarters includes a library, a bathroom with a shower, a private Ship Ahoy Living Room and a queen size bedroom with its own private entrance. Tile and wood throughout the house gives a clean and spacious feel. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans, dishes and utensils. The property is 10 min from the infamous Safety Harbor Spa where celebrities that perform in Ruth Eckered Hall stay. Its also only 15 min away from the newly remodeled and expanded Tampa International Airport and the International Plaza. Summary: The town & location were wonderful. House is large and accommodates 6 people but one bathroom was not usable which made 4 people share one bathroom. View is amazing. Pool is clean. Nice property.
