Summary: This is a gorgeous refurbished Victorian! Very spacious with nice amenities - lots of room for our family of five and dog. Communication with the manager was great. The house could use some insulation, ie rugs and other furniture, to reduce the echo and hearing all the noises throughout the house. Extra towels, and hangers in the upstairs closets would be helpful too. The manager gave us a half hour of extra time which we really needed, but the original check out time of 9am is way too early. Standard checkout is 11am or noon.
