Come to the Rockies Mountains and unplug for a while. This quiet and newly constructed mountain home is only a quick 15 minute drive outside of Boulder. Nestled in the valley, the first floor of this dream vacation house comes with a well-supplied kitchen that includes a scenic breakfast nook and a wide-open first floor living room and den, with an open-concept fireplace that’s great to snuggle up next to.
Unique, new house with full kitchen, wide-open first floor living room and TV room for relaxing in, 2 comfortable bedrooms, and windows and sky-lights to watch the stars at night. There's a dedicated office room, as well as a yard, upstairs decks and a secluded hot tub. Good road for walking or bicycling. Historic Gold Hill and Ward a short drive away, as are more mountain towns, hiking and site-seeing opportunities.
The first of two master bedrooms is on the first floor just off the kitchen. The second master suite is on the second floor with a walk out porch and secluded hot tub that backs up to the mountains. The ample windows and skylights create a bright and sunny space during the day and moon-lit sanctuary to watch the stars by night. On the second floor there is a dedicated office that also has a full size pull out bed for additional guests. This beautiful space includes a walk out porch that looks over the side yard. With the door open to the breathtaking scenery, this is the perfect space to inspire the next big idea that you are working on or relax and read a book. Take a short drive through the mountains and visit historic Gold Hill or Ward, two old mining that are still vibrant communities, or find one of the many local hiking trails.
