Hot tub is professionally maintained on a weekly basis. The maintenance is generally scheduled on Wednesday between 9 AM and 5 PM. A technician will need to access the unit. They will knock the door/ring the bell first, and enter the unit with their own code if no one is home. It usually takes about 30 ~ 45 minutes for the maintenance work. If a maintenance isn't scheduled on Wednesday, you will be notified.
The only thing that you will need to do is place an Oxygen pack into the hot tub at the end of the day if the hot tub is used on that day. Common hot tub rules are to be followed.
***Fire Pit***
Fire pit is sourced with natural gas. You only need to turn on the gas line and use a lighter to fire it up. Caution is advised when using the fire pit.
