In a quiet Vilano Beach community this mid-century bungalow sits amongst the palms. Just a stones throw away from one of the most beautiful and secluded private beach Florida has to offer, you can be sure to have a memorable and one of a kind experience. To
Combine that with just a short drive to beautiful historic downtown St Augustine, this is truly one of the most sought after locations this area has to offer. Take a quick stroll to the nearby nature preserve boardwalk, a beautiful park with willow trees and community garden, Publix, a public pier and water taxi to downtown, multiple great bars (including a famous beachfront one!) amazing restaurants, 24/7 convenient store, coffee shops and other cool stores!
The guest apartment is on the second floor, which has a private entrance and parking are. The expansive deck overlooking the beautiful yard is designed for outdoor living, with multiple seating areas to take in the amazing ocean breezes. Enjoy 15 ft ceilings in the living room and bedroom, lots of light + beautiful window shutters for privacy.
The large bedroom has a very comfortable queen size bed with luxury linens and duvet covers that are washed for each new guest. Sit back and lay in bed and watch your favorite shows or movies with the large smart tv in the bedroom!
The open concept living space is perfect for entertaining and enjoying the beautiful outdoors with the large glass patio door and surrounding windows. We have a 65” smart tv in the living room that can be rotated to be viewed from any area of the space, perfect for catching the game or a movie with family or friends.
This is a duplex property, but rest assured, you have the entire apartment to yourself and there are no shared spaces at all. You will most likely not encounter anyone else during your stay, but please keep in mind there is an additional apartment below you. (With super quite and friendly tenants :)
