Positive: I had a comfortable room with a breathtaking view. My favourite part was the staff, especially Jenkins who took great care of me during the stay. He was incredibly accommodating at every turn. I had to unexpectedly stay an extra night and the process was so easy. Would highly recommend for the staff alone.
