Summary: The U Sathorn is generally above and beyond other more exotic hotels Firstly, The staff are 100% amazing. They work hard, often in heat extremities, whilst nothing is too much trouble for the guest(s). The enthusiasm is unique. "P" and Ploy / pla / Guy, Wong and all others are amazing and the reason we return. The hotel itself, is perfect, (although I notice changes are inevitable). The pool is one of the best in Bangkok. The open plan foyer and quite minimal of rooms available at this little green oasis, ensures that your space is very private and perfect. The breakfast is adequate, although I feel cost cutting has affected the quality of food available from previous visits. The value received of service, to cost, outweighs the necessity of more expensive choice of hotel. The management has recently changed, and I hope that the exceptional and outstanding welcome and service received is appreciated and supported by the management. The amenities are also excellent, whether it is the comfy super-king beds, gym / quality soaps, etc. The surrounding palms and gardens are such a relief in what is a vibrant and noisy city, that a ambience of clam and serenity apply, so much so, that this three week stay kept us both fixed in spending most of our time soaking up a wonderful and unique experience, within the grounds. U SATHORN offers ALL that ANY holiday expectation is generally being sought. Well done and thank you, until our next visit.
