This adorable studio has been completely renovated and is the perfect beach getaway for a couple. Less than 2 blocks from the beach and boardwalk, it is in the heart of Wildwood! There is a murphy bed which is a couch while up and a comfy queen while down! The space transforms into a private bedroom at night but is the perfect hang out or hosting space during the day. The kitchen is fully equipped with new efficiency size oven, stove, fridge, freezer and microwave. It is fully stocked with everything you could need to make a gourmet dinner or delicious tropical drinks. There is a kitchen table that seats 4 and the bathroom is the perfect size with a tub/ shower combo. There is a small patio with 2 chairs and table for a private drink outside and a large shared courtyard featuring plenty of seating and a serene atmosphere with a common area grill. There is also a washer and dryer in the common area shared with 5 other units. This is the perfect spot for a romantic getaway or a couple of friends looking to enjoy the beach.

Summary: First of all we didn’t rent this unit we rented another unit in this house and were moved to this unit when they said VRBO overbooked the unit we were suppose to stay in. The property manager seemed nice and answered for the most part right away, but did not fix any of the problems. First off the dead bolt doesn’t work and the regular lock is faulty hard to get to lock. Second when I was blow drying my hair a fuse blew the light in the bathroom and hall. I contacted the property manager and she asked if we fixed the problem we told her we couldn’t get to the fuse box and she never came to fix it so we had no light in the bathroom or hall for part of our trip. The sink in the bathroom is a joke can’t brush your teeth wash your face or even wash your hands without water getting everywhere. The railing leading upstairs is very unsafe. There also are a lot of houses on this street with multiple units so parking is hard to get. We would not stay here again.
