Turua View is positioned over three levels.
UPPER LEVEL: Enter Turua View through the double garage with laundry facilities. From the garage follow the internal staircase down to the mid level.
MID LEVEL: Comprised of the spacious kitchen, dining, living area with two separate outdoor areas. Off the living area is the balcony and spa pool; soak in the spa while taking in the amazing mountain and lake vistas. The balcony offers a large outdoor table to dine alfresco. The outdoor patio is accessed off the kitchen and is a sheltered sun trap with lovely lake views.
Also on this level is two bedrooms, both with built in wardrobes as well as the guest bathroom with a separate shower, vanity and toilet.
DOWNSTAIRS LEVEL: Consists of two bedrooms with stunning views. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom which has a separate shower, vanity and toilet. The fourth bedroom has access to the spacious guest bathroom.
Guest will have access to the whole property.
Owners personal vehicle is stored in the double garage. There is space for guests to park one vehicle in the garage as well as plenty of driveway parking available.
Guests can arrive at their own leisure anytime after 3pm as the self check-in details for the property are emailed to you 2 weeks prior your arrival.
There's a lock box located at the front door of the property with the keys available on your arrival. There's no personal meet & greet for this property.
