Summary: This unit is extremely clean and tidy. It is on the third floor and has a great view of the Catalina mountains. We needed a dog friendly place to stay for six weeks and the unit worked out well for this. Kitchen is well stocked. There are a lot of college students, but the complex is surprisingly quiet and resident are friendly. Pool spa laundry and exercise areas were all well-maintained. Location is great with good access to the university in a variety of shopping and restaurants. One downside is that the general grounds need freshening up. Some people are not cleaning up after their pets and there’s areas of bare ground that need landscaping. Stairwells and parking areas need cleaning. Otherwise, the unit worked out well for us, and as mentioned was very clean well stocked, and things were in working order with exception of the bathroom fan that has been reported to the owner
