Positive: Vaca said was not pleasant and I will not rent their properties again! Wasn’t informed that it was a 2nd floor unit, there was NO reason that we could not get in, or at least drop off supplies before 4:00pm! The refrigerator ruined/froze our fruits and vegetables, the tv was ridiculous...
