Summary: My grandchildren were participating in the American Royal Youth Rodeo. The house is literally 5 minutes from the arena. Mr. Jim was the PERFECT host. Gave me excellent food recommendations. Check in was easy, the place was perfect for me and my dog, Annie. It has a fenced in back yard. The house was clean, comfortable beds, with beautiful well maintained house plants, close to several restaurants, and I felt very safe. It was really nice to have coffee on the porch and enjoy the view. You are in the city, but it feels like you are in the country. It is located in nice quiet neighborhood. I plan to stay here again when I come back to Kansas City.
