Sunrise1770 residential eco estate provides our guests with access to first-class facilities located nearby & includes 2 x 25m infinity pools, shaded children wading pool, bbq kabana facilities, tennis and volleyball court, children playground plus private beach track access to four amazing remote beaches. Sunrise 1770 is an expansive estate with properties located upon ocean view ridgetops so there are a few steep hills to negotiate if walking - parking facilities are provided at pools and beach access points.
Note pools are not located at the actual property. They are located at the shared estate facilities.
Sunrise estate is located a short 5 minute drive from the main town center of Agnes Water, here you will find specialty shops , supermarket, cafes and restaurants. Further on another 5 min drive you will come upon historical Town 1770 location point for Great Barrier reef day trips.

This private gated estate is governed by on-site body corporate managers whom are active with ensuring regulations are met. Please ensure you are familiar with these terms & that the property is suitable for your needs. Bookings are only accepted for families and quiet respectful people.
Regulations;
Strictly no Pets permitted within the estate or at the property
Heated deck Spa - usage of this spa is strictly only permitted between the hours of 8am & 8pm
A Strict no after-hours noise policy applies from 9pm & loud music or anti-social behaviour will not be tolerated, large all adult group gatherings for party type events, buck, hens nights , weddings, 21sts, youth groups including schoolies - are not permitted
Strict numbers as per registration form permitted only - visiting guests are not permitted within the estate.
20km speed limit at all times
If for some reason Management needs to attend due to complaints you may be asked to vacate ( a refund will not be issued)
No caravans, boats, trailers etc, or camping permitted at properties

Summary: This property has the potential to be absolutely incredible. The home itself is beautiful and the location is stunning. The views are amazing and we particularly loved the quiet, peaceful atmosphere - being nestled amidst nature. We loved the private hot tub also. The community facilities were amazing, especially the pristine infinity pool in the southern part of the estate. We stayed during the week and outside of school holiday time, so it was especially quiet. We had the whole of China Beach to ourselves one morning! The one thing that prevented us from giving 5 stars for this property was the cleanliness of the house. The floors were dirty with dust and food spots etc and had not been mopped or steam cleaned between guests. Some of the kitchen cabinets and the island had old food on the outside. The glass screens in the showers and the sliding glass doors to the back deck all had old hand prints etc. There were old water balloons, a broken water pistol, and child’s underwear left around the deck. The attention to detail regarding cleanliness was lacking, which was unfortunate. This house would otherwise be absolutely perfect. We did have a very enjoyable stay . Thank you.
