Positive: Very clean, comfortable, great location!
Negative: Would have been nice to know that someone else would be staying there. Granted we assume they were in the basement, but the entrance was shared. Luckily there was a lock on the bedroom door. But it made the stay slightly uncomfortable.
Summary: Good value for the $.
