Located in the heart of the trendy NW Nob Hill, steps from the popular NW 23rd and 21st Ave! Tons of Character in this historic hundred year old building, offering a blend of classic craftsmanship and modern convenience. The living room features a modern gas fireplace heater to keep you warm on cool Portland evenings. Stunning French doors lead to your very relaxing and cozy bedroom. Updated kitchen has stainless steel appliances, gas stove, newer cabinets, and tile countertops and floors. Adorable bathroom with a clawfoot tub and rainhead shower. For your comfort and entertainment, this condo comes with WiFi, a Smart TV, and utilities included! After a day on the town, come home to a fire, thumb through the records and take a listen on our new, yet classic Record Player equipped with Bluetooth. Additional amenities include secured deeded storage area, bike racks, and an on-site laundry facility. Please note that this is a hundred year old building with original hardwoods, windows, exposed brick, plumbing and electrical. This is to us, part of the Portland craftsman experience and historical charm of our city but note that this is not a new build. Also note the clawfoot bathtub is freestanding.
