Positive: The location is superb..next to Monorail, LRT & MRT which mean it will take you anywhere in KL. Bed is comfortable. Home need more cleaning but we only stay for sleep as we are mostly away for training at HKL so I cannot say anything beyond. Check in and check out is easy. Host is okay.
Negative: Nothing as we stay for sleep only
