This 4 bedroom 3 full bath plus 2 half bath home with bonus room/den is perfect for your family's next vacation. Not only do you have access to the pool and spa but you are just a short walk to the premier 85th Street beach access which has restrooms, a small playground, gazebo and the famous hot dog vendor. The first level is the entry, garage and bonus room with a half bath. Second floor has the master bedroom with a king bed and a private bath. The second bedroom has a pyramid bunk with a double bed on the bottom and a single on top. The third bedroom has a queen bed and private deck. There is also a hall bath and washer/dryer on this level. The third floor is the living room with a fireplace, wet bar, 1 Queen sleep sofa and a large deck overlooking the pool, dining area, well appointed kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, and a powder room. There is another master bedroom on this level with a queen bed and private bath. This home is beautifully decorated and very well maintained.
