Summary: I’ve stayed at this hotel several times and will probably stay there again. With that said this stay had its problems. I stayed in a 2 bedroom room. I loved the space and the room actually got cold and the beds were comfortable. They cleaned the room everyday which was nice. However the kitchen sink had no hot water and one of the burners on the stove didn’t work. We ran into housekeeping a few times and they seemed frustrated with us because we couldn’t speak Spanish to them. Also when we checked in, the man working the front desk was having an argument with another guest that was very unprofessional.
