Positive: Location was great, very convenient, with easy access to Nauset Beach and the Cape Cod Rail Trail for biking. Good food right nearby, lots of stores. Had an excellent dinner at Bella Vita one night.
Negative: We thought the Master Bedroom was ensuite. The second bathroom is actually off the laundry room in an area that has been converted from a garage, and it was very small. The three bedrooms are upstairs and the two bathrooms are downstairs (a steep set of stairs).
Summary: Beautiful location and an attractive little house that was expensive but clean and comfortable.
