Ideal for any family vacation, this deluxe two-bedroom home creates the perfect atmosphere for fun and relaxation. Located on the top row of Sea Point in Del Mar, this beautiful end unit has privacy and serenity. Granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, crown molding, skylight in kitchen, and laminate floors are a few of the features. No units behind, just beautiful trees filtering your air. Enjoy sunsets and ocean views from your balcony, or visit the private park, tennis courts or pool and spa. Beach equipment provided (paddle board, boogie board, surfboard, beach chairs) for fun days on the sand or take the bikes and cruise through classy Del Mar Village. Grab the tennis rackets and head to the courts for a match. Warm your evenings with the cozy fireplace. Many new upgrades added in late 2020 including new kitchen appliances, new washer and dryer, and new carpet and paint. Upgraded cable package as well as internet with up to 500 mbps download speeds. This is definitely the good life!
Less than a half-mile from the condo to the North Beach Lot at Torrey Pines State Beach. While there, hike one of the wildest stretches of land on the Southern California coast with miles of unspoiled beaches, with a lagoon vital to migrating seabirds and the rare and picturesque Torrey pines, unique to this region. Torrey Pines is a great place to enjoy the beach or try surfing.
You’re also within a mile from coffee, a taco shop and other quality restaurants.
The village of Del Mar just north of the unit has variety of unique shops and restaurants. It’s chic, while still maintaining a small-town casual and quaint feel. Be sure to check out the Del Mar Racetrack for seasonal thoroughbred racing or one of the many events happening at the Del Mar Fairgrounds. On Saturdays, visit the Del Mar Farmers Market for a great selection of local produce, baked goods, arts and crafts, and more!
