Light-filled and packed with luxe comforts, this property is oriented to the north to capture the outlook over the resort-style outdoor area. Sliding doors from the dining room and two of the bedrooms lead to the expansive alfresco deck, lawn, outdoor shower and solar-heated pool. Sunbathed entertaining is made all the merrier with an incredible outdoor dining setting and BBQ area, in full view of the kids in the salt-chlorinated 7x4m pool. A trampoline and sandpit offer even more fun, in the safety of a secure, fenced yard.
Inside, you can expect to find comfortable furnishings and coastal styling. Whether you’re a family or a group of friends visiting the Surf Coast, there is plenty of room for everyone to spread out or come together. Choose a cosy spot with a book, or chill out in one of two living areas (one with a TV), WIFI, a gas log fire, ducted heating throughout and split system heating-cooling in main living hub. A selection of board games and toys are available for guests, the kids will love it!
The large central kitchen features fresh white cabinetry and offers quality appliances including a coffee machine, butler’s pantry and bar stools at the breakfast bar for informal meals. A beautiful glass top dining table and bench seats will be the site for memorable meals and fun!
Location wise, this idyllic lifestyle promises to sweep you away from the hustle and bustle of busy life and traffic. As our guests, you will benefit from the close proximity to beautiful beaches and all the conveniences of the Torquay shops, yet once you arrive 'home', you are totally removed from the busy hype of ‘town’.
All four bedrooms have split system air conditioners and are beautifully appointed with hotel quality sheets and towels. We have done all we can to make your stay as comfortable and as enjoyable as possible. The master has lake views and access to a private deck, steps away from the golf course pathway. This room features a Queen-size bed, Smart TV/Netflix connectivity, walk-in robe and ensuite (shower, vanity and toilet). The other three bedrooms offer a Queen bed, Double bed, Single Bunk bed + Single bed (for kids), all with ceiling fans and wardrobes. The large central family bathroom has a shower, bath, vanity and toilet.
