Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: There are more restrictions than previous stay and guest was not informed ahead of time. No consistency either hotel policies. Air conditioning is broken. Different techs tried to fix it several times until we were moved to a different room which is inconvenient. The manager Bern is wonderful.
Negative: I think the maintenance with the facility is neglected.
Summary: Location is convenient.
