The first floor greets you with beautiful wood floors, custom carpeting on the staircase, and a hallway leading to the garage and first bedroom suite. The spacious king bedroom features a Smart TV and en-suite bathroom with a tub-shower combo, ample counter space, and a walk-in closet that also includes a rollaway twin bed and additional storage.
Second Floor – Entertainer’s Dream:
The second floor is the heart of the home, with an open-concept layout that’s perfect for socializing. The dining area boasts plenty of natural light, seating 6 at the table. The chef’s kitchen features a large 8-foot island with barstool seating for 3, top-of-the-line KitchenAid appliances, and a fully stocked pantry, including extras like a mini air fryer and crockpot for your convenience. There’s even a coffee bar with a Keurig, plus all the essentials you need to prepare and enjoy your favorite meals at home.
Relax in the living room around the 72" Smart HDTV with surround sound, or curl up by the gas fireplace on cooler nights. The comfortable sectional and two chairs offer seating for up to 8. Large French doors open to the backyard, letting in plenty of natural light, while floor-to-ceiling curtains provide privacy. A stylish half-bath is conveniently located off the living room, next to the second set of stairs.
Top Floor – Private Retreats:
The top floor features the primary king suite, which is a true sanctuary. This spacious room includes plush bedding, a cozy couch, a dedicated workspace, and an HD Smart TV. The spa-like en-suite bathroom offers double sinks, a rain-head shower with body sprayer, a soaking tub, and a private toilet room.
