This beautiful two bedroom, two bathroom serviced apartment is on the ground floor of a seafront residential building - it has sea views and is just 50 metres from the beach. It is easy walking distance to a whole host of entertainments including the Spa Pavilion, recently renovated Pier with a good restaurant and amusement arcade, and then a little bit further takes you to the town centre offering a comprehensive range of shops and cafes together with a cinema and bingo hall. A welcoming friendly local pub is just 2 minutes walk.

The apartment has lots of natural light and has recently been refurbished and furnished to a very comfortable level.
The fully equipped kitchen includes fridge/freezer, oven/induction hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, washing/drying machine, iron and ironing board, and cooking/serving equipment. The kitchen and dining area is towards the rear of the property and has a dining table and six chairs. You will be provided on arrival with a welcome pack of basics as well as essentials such as washing up liquid, kitchen rolls, cooking oil, salt and pepper.
The living room has two sofas along with other comfy seating, a 42" HD Freesat Smart TV and coffee table. There is a further room off the living room ideal for a spot of people watching whilst enjoying the sea view!
Both bedrooms have a king-size bed, bedside units with lamps, and storage units. There are 2 shower rooms each with basin and toilet, one of which is ensuite. Welcome toiletries (shampoo/shower gel) are provided.
The building has secure entry via key and there is a further locked door to the apartment.
