Astounding traditional cycladic architecture meets discrete luxury in these unique summer residencies on the protected south side of the "handmade island" overlooking Delos, Mykonos and Rineia, aiming to take full advantage of the spot’s privileged location, offering at the same time moments of absolute calm and privacy.
Situated amphitheatrically on 5,000 square meters of hillside in a privately owned complex site of villas, reminiscent of a small Cycladic village, can host up to 3 guests.
The villa apartment hosts a fully equipped kitchen with dining furniture and a cozy living area, one bedroom, one bathroom, a large terraces with pergola-shaded lounging area and a big terrace with endless view and can host up to three guests.

Located amphitheatrically uphill in the mid of a privately owned complex site of villas reminiscent of a small cycladic village.
The nearest beach is 600 meters away, and along the coast, till church of Agios Sostis, you will find a variety of beach bars and restaurants. On the road towards Chora of Tinos, you can find a mini market, a bakery, ATM and a patisserie.

Summary: We spent two weeks on Tinos in this fabulous little house. It has lots of outdoor space, amazing views of the beach, the hills, and life below. There is a steep walk up from the beach and bus stop, about 800 paces, but worth every step for the privacy and seclusion of the house. The little church in the garden offers a lovely shady place to have lunch and enjoy the view. Our host Barbie and her family live in the house just above and out of sight from the terrace. We were collected from the ferry and given lots of ideas and advice, cheery waves, invitations, wine and cheese pastries too. The house was well equipped, Cycladic in style, bright and clean. The nearest beach, seen from the house on the little peninsula, has beautiful glittery sand and a couple of beach bars but lots of peaceful space where families and locals swim and sit in the early evening sunshine. This is a beautiful warm, friendly and safe bay to swim and play in but its just one of many. A walk around the peninsula brings you to more soft sandy beach and a little further to Sostis beach, slightly steeper with a few trees to shelter under. There are lots of pathways and places to hike to and explore, endless little dwellings with olive threshing circles on the roofs and on other parts of the island idilic white and blue villages with steep steps and little tavernas. We were advised to hire a car but there is a bus every hour from the beach to the main town and from there you can catch buses to other parts of the island. The bus company and the conductors were fabulous and would get off and call out the destination. There are a couple of mini market shops in walking distance on the roadside and in town there are lots of bakers, food shops and a couple of smallish supermarkets. It seems that Tinos attracts lots of Greek pilgrims on brief trips, especially at the weekend. This means that there are many restaurants, tavernas and gift shops near the ferry. A fascinating place to sit and observe. The Museum of Titian Artists was good. Highly recommended.
