Welcome to our relaxing 4 season waterfront home. Located just 15 min from Fredericton, 20 min to the airport or 75 mins from 2 USA boarder crossings. Our large clean spacious rooms feature queen comfort Beds, attached private deck and large windows with close-up views of the water. We proudly use all natural cleaning products. As soon as you pass through the front door you will be greeted by a Douglas Fir post and beam framed panoramic view of the Saint John River head pond with Porcupine mountain in the back ground. Gaze up to the open loft which access too two upper queen bedrooms and full bath or stroll onto the wrap around deck with incorporated gazebo and listen to the soothing sounds of the country. Proceed to the lower level and relax in the large entertainment space with pool table, lounging area, additional day bed, large table for meals and games and a full kitchen. This level also has a 3 piece bath and a large bedroom. Beyond the Patio door is a sun deck, 7 person hot tub and the gateway to the water front decks and dock. The property has a large yard, heated storage/shop (motorcycles, snowmobiles, etc.), water access with floating dock and close to many of New Brunswick's most poplar attractions. B and B amenities upon request. We also live on the premises with a very friendly Border Collie dog. Up to 10 person capacity upon request. Listed price based on 6 person occupancy.
