Positive: great location (near the seafront, shops, restaurants and a park for children) great property with lots of space inside and out - perfect property for a family / friends lots of items in the house for example kitchen items, hair dryer etc
Negative: seems to be an ant issue down stairs in the property which meant any cupboard food items once opened by the next morning were infested with ants and had to be thrown away - they were also in the lounge and dining areas too some lights bulbs need replacing and some lamps need plugs looking at etc
