Great location! 20 minutes to Downtown Hot Spots, close to the Houston Medical Center, and Minutes from the Houston Ship Channel. Our home is located in a great transitional quiet area in Pasadena. This open concept home is a newly built 2-Story Townhouse, with 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. It has a master bedroom with a king-size bed and full bath. The two other rooms have queen beds. The one-half bath is downstairs. The large kitchen has stainless appliances and granite countertops.

- Early check-in & late check-out is allowed but for approval. There is $25 charge per hour.

Not all of our properties accept pets. For properties where pets are allowed, here are a few rules to keep in mind. There is a 2 dog maximum per stay 1. Please keep dogs on leashes. 2. Clean up after your pet, please dispose of all waste in the trash. 3. Please keep dogs in our yard. 4. Pets must have an ID tag, rabies tag, and collar at all times. 5. Absolutely no pets on the furniture or beds. We will charge $250 if we find out. 6. No Aggressive pets. The Pet Deposit is $25.00, non-refundable and an additional $10 per pet per day charge. PLEASE NOTE : If Pets are brought to the home and no pet deposit is paid prior to arrival, we will charge as mentioned above plus a $100 penalty.
