Newly designed and created stylish 2 bdrm apartment designed like a Bi-level house in the Heart of Northern Liberties. Located in one of the most sought after locations in Philadelphia, we are only steps from all the best restaurants, lounges, shops and markets. We offer access to a rooftop pool at a nearby property.
The apartment has a bi-level design with an open living room area, high ceilings, large windows for natural sunlight, hard wood floors, and a stylish design. A great place to stay
The area is amazing as Northern Liberties is the preferred location for people looking for great places to eat and gather with their friends and family. Within walking distance you have Dos Caminos, North Bowl, Johnny Brendas, Sancho Pistolas, Frankford Beer Garden, El Camino Real, and many more great places to eat and enjoy. The rooftop pool is also available based on season and availability. Normally open at the end of May until early September at management's discretion.
The subway is only a few blocks away on Girard Avenue which takes you to Center City and all historical points within 6-9 minutes.

Parking: there is regular street parking and you may also apply with the City of Philadelphia for a guest parking pass for longer stays. You can also walk up the block and park all day with no restrictions across Girard Avenue.
Enjoy a full living room area with 40" mounted smart TV ready for all your favorite shows and movies. Also a great place for work from home zoom meetings. There is a sofa sleeper that sleeps one person in the living room. Stroll over to the dining area which comfortably seats 4 and is a nice place to share meals, play games or simply enjoy some wine or coffee.
Work from home station has also been created for our guests.
The kitchen is fully stocked with all cooking amenities, coffee maker, toaster, gas stove and oven, large fridge and freezer and all flatware and more.
There are two bedrooms upstairs both private and comfortably set up with full beds in each, plush linens, comforters and pillows. Ceiling fans for fresh air, closet space and soft lighting.
The master bedroom has a full ceramic bathroom with shower and tub. Very nicely designed and comfortable with plenty of hot water and water pressure.
The 2nd bathroom is in the common area as you come up the steps, also fully ceramic, shower, tub and toilet and spacious.
There is an in-unit free washer/dryer, central Heat and AC in the unit for your comfort. We offer a fitness center on the first floor for all our guests to enjoy.
The property is wheelchair accessible with a ramp at the entrance and an elevator inside leading to the apartment.
You can walk around the area. It’s very nice. Subway is 9 mins away in Girard ave. Which takes you to center city and all historical points of interests.
