Welcome to this newly renovated and comfortable spacious studio apartment in the Rittenhouse Square Center City South. Fully stocked with all amenities to make short or long stays a pleasure. Located on the 1st floor with easy access, no stairs to enter and plenty of natural sunlight, this is a great place for the right price in a lovely neighborhood surrounded by all the best restaurants, lounges and shops in Center City and South Street.
We do not offer parking. But for longer stays we can offer a link to the cities guest parking pass site. Here you can obtain a 30 day guest pass for $30 for the city itself.
The neighborhood has so much to offer. Located only one block from Penn Medicine aka Graduate Hospital and a block and a half from South Street and a few blocks from the famous Rittenhouse Square Park this is a great location with many outside perks. You'll see families walking their children or people jogging all around you. You'll also see med students on their way to work at the hospital and locals enjoying the tree lined streets in this neighborhood. Quaint, charming and peaceful is how I feel around here.
There are so many restaurants, shops and choices to eat around here. You are only 2-4 mins in any direction from a variety of food and choices. Down 19th Street heading Northbound within only a few blocks you will run right into Rittenhouse Square Park and all the great places to socialize and enjoy around there.
You have the apartment privately to yourself during your stay. Enjoy the space.
Spacious large bedroom area with a comfortable full size bed, plus pillows and linens offer a good night rest. Eat-in dining area also serves as work from home station. A full kitchen with fridge, freezer, oven and stove, all pantries items and cookware and dishware are included for your comfort. As a bonus there is a sleeping area set up with a single bed above the closet area. This space sleeps 1 person as an extra guest if needed.
The full bathroom is set up with a shower, tub, vanity, toilet and mirror. Plenty of hot water pressure. There is a nice comfortable chair with lovely natural light coming in which is a great place to sit and enjoy a good book or watch your favorite show on the 43" Smart TV set up for guests.
