This lovely three bedroom, two bathroom home has a large open plan living area, fully equipped kitchen, a fully functional laundry, private courtyard and double lock up garage.

Offering three bedrooms, two located on the ground floor, all are equipped with flat screen televisions. Upstairs you will find the main bedroom with ensuite (a perfect parents retreat), plus another living area on the mezzanine which has a multitude of functions but has been set up as a second casual living area with flat screen tv.
Bedding configuration is 2 queen sized beds and two king single beds.

Large windows draw the private landscaped courtyard into the home, and sliding doors open up to access the decked sitting area providing a quiet oasis for guests.The townhouse is a short walk to the Ballarat Botanical Gardens and Lake Wendouree.
