This marvelous house in Lynnwood is a serene retreat for guests looking to unwind. You’ll love this tri-level house with 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, a kitchen & 2 living rooms. The Switch is ideal for family with kids, group of friends, business travelers and more. It is close to everything Alderwood Manor has to offer, including light rail, shopping, parks and grocery stores.
The furniture and house wares are new setup and will the same style and quality as shown in our other listings. This newly furnished tri levels house has modern amenities, a quiet location, and proximity to all that Alderwood Mall neighborhood has to offer. It has 5 bedrooms, five bathrooms, a kitchen, living room, dining room, laundry room. The Master bedroom has a Queen bed. The second and third bedroom, fourth and fifth each has a Queen bed. The living room has a Queen bed, and a Single bed.
The entire house is for you and your group only. You have access to the entire house and the front and back yard.
There are 2 parking spaces in front of the garage and 1 parking space on the street (please do not park in front of the neighbors’ houses). The door is equipped with an electronic lock. Upon your arrival, you will be provided a 4 digits access code to open the door.
