Come make memories you won’t forget in our beautiful, romantic tiny house. Watch the sunrise over the fields while sipping a cup of coffee. You will Enjoy exploring the nearby Coldwater Creek during the day, Or if you rather relax on the most beautiful beaches in Florida, it is a short drive. After a busy day, enjoy a magnificent view of the sunset or watch the deer as they approach the fields from the East. Please understand we are still improving the outdoors with additional landscaping.
The space
The house is a spacious 400 sqft tiny home with a full size range, refrigerator and center island. The island has a drop leaf for additional seating. The full size bath with vanity, shower and bath tub. The bedroom has a queen bed with built in dresser for storage. In the corner, you will find a stackable washer and dryer unit.
Guest access
The home is on key pad entry so you can come and go as you please.
Other things to note
The property is located near Coldwater Gardens, eco resort. The gardens is over 300 acres of trails and creek access. Guest may go to the Gardens as long as there’s not a private event. You must check in at the office before arrival. There is a $5 day pass fee.
We are still establishing the landscaping so please be aware it’s work in progress. We will periodically have to turn on the sprinklers. We will try and coordinate prior as to not affect your stay.
Also the tiny house is located on a working farm so they maybe occasionally working the fields around the house which may include spraying, dust and noise.
Please understand we spray periodically for bugs on the inside and outside but on occasion they may sneak inside. Just to make you aware.
We aim to provide a 5☆ experience, please do a walk through and reach out if anything is unsatisfactory so it can be addressed immediately. Anything in the home are for your use, have a look around! Please dont hesitate to reach out with anything that will make your trip more comfortable!
