Designed for relaxation and rejuvenation, The Summer House Margaret River is stylishly appointed and features a tennis court, 3 oversized bedrooms with 1 king and 2 queen beds of the highest quality, two spacious bathrooms, one with a spa bath and a private study/retreat and balcony leading off the master bedroom upstairs which enjoys beautiful views of the surrounding Margaret River region.
A large, open Jetmaster log fire warms the sunken lounge area which leads onto an expansive sunny entertaining terrace and lawn. Each room experiences beautiful tranquil bush vistas of the private native gardens. You may even get a visit from the local family of kangaroos!

It's nestled far enough away from the bustle of everything that you experience nature in all it's glory (even a kangaroo came to visit) but close enough to everything that makes Margaret River one of the best holiday destinations in the world. The Beach, Restaurants & Hotels, Wineries and Scenery is all 5- 15 minutes away. It's a magnificent house for entertaining friends; listening to music and laughing over board games and wine! Summary: The house was full of ants all over the benches and over the floor boards and walls. The house was that hot you couldn't sit inside and relax and you certainly couldn't sleep especially upstairs in the master bedroom. If you managed to get to sleep you were awake when the sun came up because the blinds are only sheer, no blockout blinds. The best part about the house was the tennis court. The house maybe fine for winter, but definitely not for summer. The outdoor living areas don't even have any shade. I would have thought an architecturally designed house would have had air conditioning and only realised the day before check in that it wasn't.
