Welcome to The Stardust! This vintage charmer, located in historic downtown Kerrville, has been completely updated from top to bottom! Mid century meets desert resort for a truly unique experience! Spacious floorpan with several dedicated areas for lounging & dining. Enjoy entertaining outdoors in your own private oasis, complete with cocktail pool/spa, putting green, dining area, lounge seating, lava rock fire pit and selfie-worthy murals! Only 25 minutes from downtown Fredericksburg, TX and the famous Wine Rd 290!
You’ll find the kitchen to be fully stocked with everything one would need to put on a proper dinner party, including formal dinnerware, wine glasses, plate chargers, and linen napkins. Please use melamine (plastic) dinnerware outdoors, if possible. Please place any kitchen items back in the drawer or cabinet that they came from, so the cleaning crew can keep track of them easily. Also, any small appliances used from the pantry should be placed back when finished. The fire extinguisher is located in butler pantry or under kitchen sink.
The outdoor gas grill is located in the gated pool pavilion area. Propane is provided, SO PLEASE LET US KNOW IF YOU RUN OUT. Please turn the valve dial OFF at the tank when not in use, or it may slowly leak out between uses. The pool is located off back left side of the home and is gated. The pool company comes once or twice per week, for maintenance cleaning, and are on-site less than 30 min.

We do not offer rescheduled stays or refunds on cancellations outside of our cancellation policy. We strongly encourage you to purchase travel insurance at the time of booking if you are concerned about the possibility of cancelling your trip last minute. Travel insurance is inexpensive and a great way to protect your funds in the event of an unforeseeable cancellation.We understand that last minute cancellations for guests who choose to not purchase travel insurance can be a burden, however we are required to uphold our owners' cancellation policies in order to protect their only sources of income and keep their properties in business. Please book responsibly and we appreciate your understanding.
To offer the best experience possible, hospitality services and goods will be provided for each guest booking. Guests will enjoy open-up service, arriving to find lights on, a comfortable air setting and soft music playing. A walk thru is performed prior to each arrival, so that everything is perfect and ready to go! A starter supply of all paper goods and household necessities, including bath tissue, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, hand soap, and laundry soap, along with spa toiletries like shampoo, conditioner and body wash are provided, as well as laundry services for all used sheets and towels, after departure.
Our local management team is available 7 days a week to answer questions and assist with any troubleshooting issues you may have during your stay. The fee for this service will be itemized as an administrative or management fee on your statement and charged at booking.
POOL, HOT TUB & FIRE PIT:
A RESORT FEE OF $50 will be charged to each booking and will cover pool, hot tub and/or fire pit usage. Stays of 7 days or more may incur a higher fee. THE POOL WILL NOT BE HEATED PRIOR TO ARRIVAL, unless arranged at least 3 days prior. The pool can take from 10 to 18 hours heat up once initiated, depending on the weather. Pool heating will not be available for use during inclement weather (rain, heavy wind, or temperatures below 50 degrees.) Pool heater will be activated by management only.
THE HOT TUB WILL BE HEATED BY GUESTS, and takes 20 to 45 min to heat up, depending on the weather. The pool, hot tub and fire pit use natural gas and a remote for guest use will be provided, along with instructions. Because the pool and hot tub are outdoors and uncovered, rain and cold weather or wind can affect the unit’s ability to heat and maintain desired temperature. In extremely cold weather, guests may be charged a higher heating fee for hot tub usage. If guests wish to not use gas for pool, hot tub or firepit, resort fee may be waived upon request, PRIOR TO BOOKING.
Once the resort fee is charged, it will not be refunded, should guests not use the gas fixtures or if bad weather occurs. Refunds will not be given if pool heater does not heat to guest personal satisfaction, unless a system failure or malfunction has been determined by our professional pool maintenance company. If the system stops heating for a period of time, we will attempt to have the system evaluated or repaired as quickly as possible. POOL EQUIPMENT BEHIND FENCE IS NOT TO BE ACCESSED OR TAMPERED WITH UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. GUESTS WILL BE FINED AND ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE DONE TO SYSTEM IF ACCESSED.

ADDITIONAL SLEEPING:
Queen air mattress x 2 (4 adults)- Air mattresses plus sheets and blankets for are located in guest bedroom 2 closets. Place air mattresses back in closet before departure.
LINENS/TOWELS: Beds are made using fine bamboo/cotton blend sheets. Please use care when enjoying the linens and bedding at the property. Custom bedding ranges from $1000 to $1500 per bed, and booking guest will be solely responsible for the full amount incurred for any dry cleaning services or replacement costs necessary upon damage, during their stay, from spills, food, drinks, makeup, nail polish or bodily fluids.
Bath towels are provided for guests: 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel and 1 washcloth per guest per stay (for two night stays). Additional towels will be provided for longer stays. Striped towels for swimming are provided and stored in hall bathroom closet. DO NOT USE WHITE BATH TOWELS OUTDOORS.
