Positive: Morpeth is lovely! The cottage is on an excellent location, the quieter end of town in a lovely courtyard but only a few minutes walk to shops, bars, cafes and lovely walks by the river. The cottage is small but well equipped and lovely and clean. The bed was comfortable and there were bath sheets not just tiny towels! Perfect cottage for couples looking to explore Northumberland.
Negative: The garden isn't private, it's a shared garden and it isn't enclosed. As we took our dog had we known it wasn't a private garden we would have chosen another property. We did miss having private outdoor space and not being able to let the dog out without a lead but there are lots of lovely walks a few minutes away
