Positive: Cozy. It is small, indeed. But cozy. We had everything, a wonderful bed, a stove, a fridge, a shower. Combinis, iizakayas, restaurants, subway close by.. Take the subway to Hakata and local trains, the shinkanzen or busses will take you to all of Kyushu.
Negative: Without the western style bed (very cozy!) the appartment would have been better. There is another sleeping bed with a ladder absolutely sufficient.
Summary: Cozy appartment.
