This home features 3-Bedrooms w/2 Full Baths and a Pool! Comfortably sleeps 8-10 adults. This contemporary living space has everything to make you feel at home – WiFi, Netflix, washer and dryer, well equipped kitchen and tableware. Rooms feature 2 Queens, 1-Full Size bunk bed, and sleeper futon in formal. Heated Pool (at additional cost) or heated Jacuzzi should be requested prior to stay.

No cable TV or dish, Smart TVs w/access to streaming apps (please bring your logins)
Kitchen basic cooking utensils, pots, pans, cups, dishes, forks and spoons. No additional cooking condiments provided.
Outdoor pool: Pool is cleaned once a week. No pool cover so leaves and outdoor bugs are inevitable; pool skimmer net provided for guest use. Pool is private, heat is available at additional cost in either pool $200 or HotTub $100, and MUST be requested and paid for prior to visit.
