Positive: The apartment is awesome and the location is brilliant on Ocean Drive
Negative: The only negative was a lack of responsiveness from our ‘assigned housekeeper’. She ignored messages and calls, which created unnecessary stress. Fortunately the building caretaker and other staff (via booking.com) were very helpful.
