Positive: I have stayed previously. The rooms are small but very comfortable. Shared bathroom facilities are always clean. Very good value for money at under $100 per night. Right in the main street of Ararat, but not noisy, as the rooms are at the back of the building.
Negative: I have no complaints about the property.
Summary: Very good value for money.
