Guests have full access to the entire home and property, except for one storage closet under the stairwell.
Getting Around:
While a car is required to get around, a four wheel drive car is not, but note that roads will often have ruts, particularly after a rain.
Other Things to Note:
POOL AND HOT TUB HEATING:
- Your rental includes heating for the in-ground pool from May-September.
- The hot tub is always free to heat.
- However, during the cooler months, there are extra charges for pool heating, see below.
- If you want the pool heated during these months, please let us know 48 hours before you arrive.
Extra Charges for Pool Heating:
October and April: $200 per night
November, December, March: $300 per night
January and February: Heating not available
No jumping, diving, running or rough play near the pool and hot tub area. No glass can be around the pool and hot tub, there are plastic cups in the kitchen to be used outside. Please mind the quiet hours (no loud noises after 10pm). No intoxicated persons may use the pool or hot tub. NO LIFEGUARD WILL BE ON DUTY - YOU SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK.
Capacity: Maximum of 6 guests (2 per bedroom). Additional or unapproved guests will incur fees.
Events: Parties and events are not permitted.
Parking: One space in the garage + ample outdoor parking.
Pool & Hot Tub: Hot tub available daily 4 PM–12 AM (up to 8 hrs). Pool heating is available upon request (extra fee, 24 hr notice required).
Pets: Allowed with prior approval; $100 additional cleaning fee applies. Please supervise pets outdoors.
Security: Exterior cameras at driveway entrances only.
Shoots: Commercial photo/video shoots must be arranged in advance and are billed separately.
Wildlife: The desert is home to coyotes, roadrunners, bobcats, lizards, and more. Doors left open may invite small creatures inside. Please keep food and trash secured.
Check-in/out: Check in after 4:00 PM; check out by 11:00 AM. Late check out available by request only.
